Although the landscape has certainly moved on in the last few years, there is no doubt that the challenges of prospect apathy and loyalty, as well as unfavourable market conditions, are still very much a concern.
Clearly you still need to nurture your prospects, and improve the quality of your connections with them; if you are to overcome these issues.
